Hours of Operation
We are open 9am – 6:00 pm EET Monday-Friday. You can order at your convenience 24 hours a day via our website. You can also place an order over the phone by calling +359-887-707-211.
For online orders we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We process order payments through the payment processing systems of PayPal – global leader in online payment solutions. We also offer payment via bank wire transfer and for qualifying countries payment upon delivery with Econt. Order payments are usually processed in real-time, however in case of technical issues we may manually process/re-enter orders that were unsuccessfully processed by the automatic payment system. Your use of our website constitutes an agreement to these policies.
Orders received after 11am EET are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse on the next business day. Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra charge.
Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.
Domestic and Worldwide Shipping

Note that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or during transit. In the unlikely case that your order is delayed or lost, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to assist you in resolving the situation. Orders can also be insured if such request is initiated by the customer.
Most of the orders are shipped via Postal Service with tracking information with delivery time estimated 6+ business days within Europe.
For qualifying countries Econt can be selected as delivery option.
We accept special carrier requests (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ect.) for orders over 200 euro.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will ship the order when all items become available.
We keep the rights to combine orders placed by one customer with the same shipping address. That allows us to upgrade the shipping method and to provide better customer service. If wish your consecutive orders not to be combined, please let us know.
Shipping Information Issues
If there is a shipping information issue and the customer is not able to assist us within 30 days, we keep the right to cancel the order or ship it to the customer’s Billing/ Shipping address using the basic shipping method.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% or 5 euro, whichever is higher.
As consumer, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller that he/she waives the purchase, without penalties and without indicating any motive, within fourteen (14) calendar days as of the day following the delivery of the product.
The delivery cost for the return of the products (i) if no fault is found with the products will be paid by the Buyer. All products must be unopened and unsealed and there shouldn't be any sign of use.
The Buyer has no right to waive his/her purchase if it is unsealed.
Incomplete deliveries and damages and faulty products:
You may (a) exchange the products, or obtain a full refund if the products in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or (b) if the products you have received are not the products you originally ordered.
We reserve the right to ask for photographical evidence of any such damage and you are obliged to cooperate.
When exchanging damaged or faulty products or incorrect deliveries, we will dispatch replacement items to you free of charge provided you first return the products in your order to us in the condition in which you received them.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund (to the original credit or debit card account used to make the online purchase):
a) the full purchase price;
b) the delivery charges incurred in delivering the products to you (where only part of an order is returned to us, we may reduce the amount of the delivery charge we refund you to account for the delivery costs of those items sent to you and not returned); and
c) the shipping costs to return the products to us;
provided you first return the products in your order to us in the condition in which you received them. If you fail to return products to us we may charge you for the products or the cost incurred in collecting them from you.
The above provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
Damages must be reported to the shipping courier and us immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver/delivery person noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact the carrier office so that they can inspect the shipment. If you do not do this within one business day, then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages.
Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
